BILFAL , established in 1983, is one of the largest and specialized heavy steel manufacturing companies in the Middle East. BILFAL have two large factories strategically located at Jubail and Yanbu Industrial Cities. The Jubail fabrication facilities and assembly yard extends over an area of 350,000 sq.m. with a covered area of 50,000 sq.m. The fabrication facilities in Yanbu consists of an area of 140,000 sq. m. with a covered area of 13,000 sq. m.
BILFAL, operating in conformance to Quality System Standard ISO 9001:2008, is specialized in detailed Design, Manufacture, Fabrication and Supply of large Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Spheres, Storage Tanks, H.P. & L.P. Piping, Onshore & Offshore Modules, Desalination Units, etc. BILFAL also undertakes EPC Contracts of Petrochemical Furnace Modules, Storage Tanks, Spheres, Onshore & Offshore Modules and Structures besides large scale plant shutdown & revamping jobs. BILFAL is also licensed to use ASME & National Board Stamps "U", "U2" "S", "PP" and "R".
BILFAL is well experienced and qualified to undertake Fabrication and Construction of projects in the Offshore, Power/Desalination and Industrial Plants providing clients with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and Supply of the necessary equipment, Construction works and Commissioning. During the past over a decade BILFAL has successfully executed a number of large projects in the GCC countries.
BILFAL, the first Company in Saudi Arabia to manufacture and export large sized modules to other countries (14 Nos. Riser Top Platforms for QGPC-Qatar in 1989-1991) have in the recent years attained many unique achievements, such as: Fabricated and supplied the largest Column ever made in KSA (C2 Splitter for Petrokemya Olefins III Project - 1200 tons, 110 meter height), Supplied Evaporator Modules in "Single Unit", for the first time in the Middle East (3 Units weighing 1850 tons each for Barka-Oman Desalination & Power Plant), Moved a complete Land Drilling Rig to its new location on the same cluster using 2 of Company's own 650 tons trailers (the first such operation in the world), etc.
